Office Receptionist

We are actively looking for an energetic Office Receptionist in our Naperville Corporate office. This key role will be an integral part of our HR Team. This is full-time salaried position.

The ideal candidate has done this before and can anticipate what needs to be done rather than be instructed. The position will need a professional who can adapt, work in a very fast-pace, enriching environment and is looking for a career rather than just a job.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the reception area
  • Answer and direct calls
  • Responsible for general support to visitors
  • Assist and facilitate complex and routine office and administrative services
  • Conduct onboarding activities
  • Coordinate with employees for meetings
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, snacks, beverages, kitchen supplies and restock supplies and refrigerator
  • Provide general support to all departments/practices
  • Handle correspondence, faxes and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Able to work with building management for any office and building related issues
  • Report to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Able to act with integrity and handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
  • Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
